Sweetcorn Fritters

One of my favourite "comfort" foods - SWEETcorn Fritters

This recipe is my own so it can be adjusted.

1 Tin of Sweetcorn
1 egg
1 cup of flour
1 tsp of baking powder

Mix

Yummy they were delicious!
